Introduction

This Privacy Policy agreement exists in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.

This privacy policy describes what personal information and data I collect from you, how and why I obtain it and how I store and process it. I may update this policy from time to time and shall indicate on the web site when changes have been made. Terms such as 'I', 'my', 'me' refer to Mariia Ilinskaia (Мария Ильинская) practicing as a psychologist.

However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure whilst I strive to protect your personal information no security system is impenetrable.

I take precautionary measures e.g. I store the personal data you provide on computer systems that have limited password protected access.

Retention of data

I will retain your personal information for as long as I deem it necessary to fulfil your requirements and maintain the relationship with you. I am obliged under the terms of our professional indemnity insurance to keep patient/client records for a minimum of 3 years (for adults) and in the case of a patient/client who is a minor, the records must be kept until that child has reached the age of majority (18 years). You can ask for data to be deleted or removed from our systems at any point by emailing me at mail@mariapsy.co.uk
