How can I help?

Has something shaken the trust between you? Perhaps there’s been infidelity, emotional distance, or ongoing jealousy that leaves you both feeling anxious and unsure. One of you may be holding guilt, the other struggling to let go of hurt. You may find yourselves stuck in suspicion, fear, and repeated arguments -- unsure how to move forward, yet not ready to give up.

Trust can be rebuilt, even after deep pain. Imagine feeling safe with each other again. Honesty becomes natural, reassurance replaces doubt, and past wounds begin to heal. You feel grounded in your relationship, connected, and able to trust again.

In couples therapy, we’ll gently explore what led to the breakdown of trust. Together, you’ll learn how to rebuild emotional safety and find a new sense of closeness. Take the first step towards healing -- book a session.

Do you feel like something has gone quiet between you? You may live side by side but feel distant -- conversations are practical, physical closeness has faded, and emotional warmth feels out of reach. It’s painful to feel alone next to the person you love, unsure how to bridge the gap that’s formed. But this distance doesn’t have to last.

Imagine feeling close again -- sharing not just space, but thoughts, feelings, and moments that bring you together. You listen with interest, reach for each other with care, and rebuild a sense of warmth and support.

In couples therapy, we’ll explore how the disconnection happened and help you restore the emotional bond between you. Take the first step towards closeness -- book a session.

Big life changes can put strain on even the strongest relationships. Parenthood, relocation, loss, or sudden shifts in work or health can leave you feeling distant, overwhelmed, or unsure how to support each other. Instead of pulling together, you may find yourselves growing apart -- struggling with blame, silence, or simply not knowing what to say. But challenges don’t have to break your bond. Imagine facing them as a team. You share the load, stay emotionally close, and rediscover strength in each other -- even when life feels uncertain.

In couples therapy, we’ll explore how change is affecting your relationship and help you find new ways to stay connected through it. Take the first step towards navigating life’s changes together -- book a session.

Has intimacy between you faded? Perhaps sex has become rare or routine, or one of you feels rejected while the other feels pressured. You may both avoid the topic entirely, unsure how to talk about needs, desire, or what truly brings pleasure. Over time, this silence can create distance and frustration -- not just physically, but emotionally too. But sexual connection can be rebuilt. Imagine feeling close, open, and desired again. You explore each other with curiosity, talk honestly about what you both want, and rediscover intimacy that feels nourishing for both of you.

In couples therapy, we’ll gently explore what’s been blocking your connection and find ways to bring pleasure, trust, and closeness back into your relationship. Take the first step towards a more fulfilling intimate life -- book a session.

Do you find it hard to really talk to each other? Perhaps one of you pulls away, while the other pushes for answers. Or conversations turn into arguments -- full of interruptions, defensiveness, or silent withdrawal. It can feel like you’re speaking different languages, with neither of you feeling truly heard.

Clear and respectful communication can be learned -- even if things have felt stuck for a long time.

Imagine being able to express yourself honestly, and feel listened to in return. You speak without fear of being misunderstood or dismissed. Even difficult conversations feel calmer, more constructive, and more connected.

In couples therapy, we’ll look at what gets in the way of open dialogue. Together, you’ll learn new ways of speaking and listening that can help you rebuild mutual understanding and emotional closeness.

Take the first step towards clearer, kinder communication -- book a session.

Do you keep having the same arguments again and again? Certain topics -- parenting, money, in-laws, or life decisions -- seem to spark tension every time. You try to explain your point of view, but end up stuck in the same frustrating cycle. It feels like no progress is ever made, only more distance and resentment.

But conflict doesn’t have to mean disconnection. Even long-standing disagreements can become a path to growth and mutual understanding. Imagine approaching these difficult topics with more clarity and care. You’re able to hear each other, find common ground, and reach decisions that feel fair to both of you. The same arguments no longer dominate your relationship -- and space opens up for more peace and connection.

In couples therapy, we’ll look at what’s behind these recurring conflicts and help you shift the patterns that keep you stuck.

Take the first step towards change -- book a session.

Qualifications and credentials

Questions you might have

How does psychotherapy work?

Psychotherapy works because it facilitates internal change. It helps you find solutions and cope with emotional difficulties. It’s a proven and reliable way to resolve personal challenges and achieve lasting personal transformation.

How often do we meet, and for how long?

You decide, and I can advise. Most people come weekly, some fortnightly.

Sometimes one session is enough; short-term counselling is usually 5–6 sessions, therapy a year or more. There is no set number, and you can stop at any time.

How will I know if therapy is helping?

You might notice a subjective sense that things feel better, lighter, or easier. More concretely, you’ll often find you’re able to manage situations that previously felt overwhelming.

I’m not sure what I need help with. Is that alright?

Absolutely. Many people start therapy with a general sense that “something’s not quite right” or “I’m struggling but can’t pinpoint why.” These are perfectly valid starting points for our work together.

I find it hard to talk about personal matters. What if I can’t open up?

That’s completely understandable. You choose what to talk about and when. We can start with something recent and small, and you don’t have to share anything before you’re ready.

What happens during a session?

We meet either in my practice room in Marylebone or online via Zoom. We’ll talk about what’s troubling you, explore your thoughts and feelings, and sometimes I’ll suggest exercises or techniques that might help.

Where is your practice?

I see clients at my office in Marylebone: 85 Wimpole Street, W1G 9RJ

What are your fees?

Individual session — £120, 50 minutes, in person or online. Couples psychotherapy — £200, 1 hour 20 minutes. On request, I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute introductory call via Zoom.

How do I book an appointment?

How can I pay for sessions?

I’ll send you a secure payment link via our messaging thread. You can pay by Revolut Pay, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card - whichever suits you best.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule with 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Unfortunately, if you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, I’ll need to charge the full session fee.

Do you accept health insurance?

Unfortunately no. I work solely as a private psychotherapist and don’t accept insurance.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, I offer online sessions via Zoom for those who prefer or need remote consultations.

How do you handle confidentiality?

What you tell me stays between us, except as set out in my client agreement: a risk to your life, a threat to someone else’s life or of serious harm to others, or a court order.

In supervision I mention only your first name and the topic.

Can you prescribe medication?

No, I can’t prescribe medication. If you would like to discuss it, your GP or a psychiatrist can help.
